Returns

We do not offer returns on our Perla Handmade pieces. Please ensure you have chosen the correct item and size.

Refunds will only be offered if you happen to receive a faulty item. If this does occur, please email perla.handmade@hotmail.com a photo of the fault immediately along with your original order number for us to review. 

The item/s must be in original condition, with the same packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

Warranty

All Perla Handmade pieces have a warranty of 3 months. Your Perla Handmade warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, gradual degradation, damage, breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery.​​
